The first five Beverages of the list

Bulletproof coffee

Ingredients:
Bullet coffee powder
Bullet coffee powder
coconut oil
cinnamon powder
unsalted butter

Preparation method:

  1. Blend unsalted butter, coconut oil, and cinnamon powder nicely
  2. Add hot brewed coffee to the mixture and serve

Coconut Milk Coffee

Ingredients:

0.5 tsp instant coffee powder
0.5 tsp stevia
0.5 cup water
0.5 cup grated coconut

Preparation method:

  1. Blend cucumber, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add curd, salt, water, and cumin powder and blend for a while.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.

Cucumber Buttermilk

Ingredients:

0.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup curd
0.5 cup cucumber
1 tsp ginger
0.25 tsp green chilli
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp curry leaves
1 pinch of cumin powder
1.75 cup water

Preparation method:

  1. Blend cucumber, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add curd, salt, water, and cumin powder and blend for a while.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.

Avocado Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
150g strawberries
0.5 avocado
0.125 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp greek Yogurt (Unflavoured)
200g skimmed milk

Preparation method:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water.
  3. If you like your drink sweet, add stevia.
  4. The smoothie is ready to serve

Cucumber Buttermilk

Ingredients:

0.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup curd

Preparation method:

  1. Grind the coconut in a mixer grinder with 2 Tbsp of Hot water.
  2. Squeeze out the coconut milk with the help of a strainer and pour it in a cup and keep aside.
  3. Add stevia and brewed coffee powder to the coconut milk and serve hot

Amla Juice

Ingredients:
0.25 tsp salt
1-2 gooseberry
200ml of water

Preparation method.

  1. Blend chopped Amla with water. Filter and discard the pulp (The pulp has no taste).
  2. Add pepper powder and stir well.
  3. The drink is ready to serve.

Beef Tacos

Ingredients

  • For the pickled onions
  • 2 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • L cup (80ml) lime juice
  • For the beef
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1.5kg chuck roast, cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 375ml bottle dark Mexican beer
  • ½ cup (125ml) water
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 3 canned chipotle chillies in adobo sauce,
  • coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • L cup (80ml) orange juice
  • To serve
  • 16 soft flour tortillas, warmed
  • 200g tomatillo salsa
  • 2 avocados, diced

Method

1. Make the pickled onions. Place the onions in a bowl, sprinkle with the salt and toss to combine. Add the lime juice and stand for up to 2 hours on the benchtop or overnight in the refrigerator. The longer the pickling time the better the flavour.

2.For beef. Select SAUTÉ/SEAR and preheat the cooking bowl. Once preheated, add oil and beef and sauté for 10 minutes until browned. Remove from the cooking bowl and set aside.

3. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes, until softened and starting to brown. Add the garlic and beer and cook until the beer is reduced by half.

4. Add the remaining ingredients, except the orange juice, and stir to combine. Return the beef to the cooking bowl.

5. When cooking has completed, carefully remove the beef to a large bowl and shred with two forks. Skim any fat from the surface of the liquid. Return the beef with the orange juice to the cooking bowl and stir.

6. Just before serving, drain the liquid from the pickled onions. Top the warm tortillas with the shredded beef, pickled onions, tomatillo salsa and avocados. Serve immediately.

Sweet potato salad

Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potatoes (500g), peeled
  • 2 tbsp. nut oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 75g rocket
  • 30g alfalfa
  • 3 tbsp. pine nuts

Method

  • Place 1 Cup of Water into the Inner Pot and Add Steam Tray.
  • Peel and Cut the Sweet Potatoes into Slim Wedges. Mix with 1 Tbsp. of Nut Oil and Season with Salt and Chilli Powder.
  • Place Wedges on Steaming Tray and Close the Lid. Touch the Pressure Cook Menu to Select Steam Program, Set Cooking Time for 10 Minutes and Press Start.
  • Once Cooked, Allow the Potato to Cool Down as Needed.
  • Make a Dressing with Vinegar, Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp. of Nut Oil, Salt and Pepper. Mix
  • the Potato Wedges, Tomatoes, Rocket, Alfalfa and Dressing in a Large Bowl and
  • Sprinkle with Pine Nuts.

Alastian Bacon and Fresh Cheese Tart Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
4 cups bread flour, plus flour for dusting
1 1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon kosher salt oil, for bowl
1/4 pound slab bacon, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow onions
3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal, for dusting pan
1 large egg
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese
2 tablespoons water

** Fromage Blanc **
3/4 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
pinch salt

Directions:
The flammekueche, or “flaming tart,” is the Alsatian version of pizza.
Throughout the region, you’ll find rustic restaurants that make a specialty of
the dish. The floppy tarts are brought out from the wood-burning oven on a
wooden peel, slid directly onto the table, and devoured while they are almost
to hot to handle.
In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast and the warm water Let stand for 5
minutes Stir with a fork to blend Add 1/2 cup of the bread flour and blend well
Cover and let stand 45 minutes Add the cold water and salt Begin adding bread
flour 1 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition When dough becomes too
stiff to stir, transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and
shiny (7 to 10 minutes) Place in a lightly oiled bowl and turn to coat dough
with oil Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 3/4 hours In a
medium skillet over moderate heat, render bacon in olive oil until bacon fat is
melted and bacon is browned Transfer bacon to a plate with slotted spoon and
add onion to skillet Saute until slightly softened (about 5 minutes) Cool to
room temperature Preheat oven to 425 F Dust a pizza stone or heavy baking
sheet with cornmeal Whisk together Fromage Blanc, egg, and the 1 Tbsp flour
Punch down dough and roll into as large a circle or rectangle as will fit on the
baking sheet Transfer to prepared baking sheet Spread with Fromage Blanc
mixture to within 3/4 inch of edge Top with onions and rendered bacon and
sprinkle with grated cheese Brush edge of dough with the 2 Tbsp water Bake
until golden brown (15 to 20 minutes)

Boboli Pizza Crust Recipe

So Easy to Make: preheat oven to 450 degrees F; top pizza crust with toppings; bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove Boboli pizza crust from wrapper. Top with your favorite ingredients. Bake on rack or baking sheet at 450 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Dry Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 1/4 cups Warm water
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, + extra for pans
  • 6 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water (1050F is perfect). Let it sit for two minutes. Add
the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Turn out onto board and knead for ten
minutes. Place back in bowl covered with a damp towel and let rise 30 to 40
minutes.
Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive-oiled pie pans.
Dimple dough with fingers. Place on top the following mixture: Coarse sea (or
Kosher) salt, fresh ground pepper, chopped rosemary and thyme. If herbs are
dried, soak them in water for 10 minutes and then pat dry on paper towels.
Let rise 50 to 60 minutes.
Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. May dip in olive oil.
